We are a Swedish association called R.D.I.Kal.A (Recycling, Awareness, Design, Innovation KALamata, Assoc) working with innovational design for the protection of environment. radikala.org, : radikalaproject. We need old bikes to turn into plastic shredders for the schools of Kalamata. Please read about our project and save your bikes forf our project! Thanks
This shredder gym bike is planned to be used in our events and recycling projects where school children will shred their own water bottles to be used in making optimist sailing dinghys!
Encouraged and inspired by the curiosity shown by kids during the 10th Kalamata Street Festival and 6th Kalamata Agricultural Fair, Radikala has now improved the shredder- bike design. A 1:25 reducer has replaced the chain-gear mechanism and the shredder is now totally child-safe!
If you have an old bike to offer, please contact Radikala : radikalaproject\gmail
